The demonstration version allows up to five patients to be added (download demo). Thereafter, the Logbook must be registered to a named surgeon for his/her use only.
To obtain a logbook registration key please make a secure online payment. For an alternative payment method print the form via the Registration menu in the software.
System requirements
The Surgical Logbook is designed as single user only and is available as a self-install module through our website. It is suitable for all versions of Windows from
98 to XP and requires a maximum of 5MB of disk space to install. No pre-installed software is required.
